While talking in the FinDMR chat, someone mentioned there is an easier way to manage talkgroups from the radio itself, instead of continuously swapping TGs in the dashboard.

Turns out you can leave everything blank in the BrandMeister hotspot settings and instead dial directly the group which will add it as “Auto Static”.

When you’re done with the talkgroup, just dial the 4000 talkgroup, which will clear up the auto static TGs on the hotspot.

After that, you can just dial anything else, set it as auto static and do more contacts.
